- Congress adopted "Poorna Swaraj" as its goal
- CWC was authorized to launch a CDM including nonpayment of taxes and all member of the legislature were asked to resign
- January 26, 1930, was the first independence day i.e Swarajya Day
- RTC should be boycotted, launch of CDM

On bank of River Ravi, the newly adopted tricolour flag of freedom was hoisted by JLN amid slogans of Inquilab Zindabad
