Description:

The archwizard Serreg concludes his research into the life-draining blight following the floating city of Delia, resulting in a confrontation with a group of phaerimm. Though nearly killed, he is aided by Targus, who gives him an enchanted dagger that ultimately lets him escape through a series of uncontrolled polymorphs. Eventually, Serreg is transformed into a black dragon and, rather than return to Netheril, decides to continue his existence in this new form.
