Description:
The early 20’s was a time of economic prosperity. With new inventions and things like credit, people began to invest in the stock market more. People had the idea to buy stock on credit so when the stock market drop october 28 and 29 people began to panic and sell their stock to try and pay off the debt they owned. The market tried to rally after the crash but could not recover, banks failed, and many people lost everything. The stock market crash brought America into what is known as The Great Depression.
