Description:

This act enables tea companies to go directly to its intended location without stopping at the colonies first. This was between Parliment and the colonist and was put into place on May 10, 1773. This act was put into place to save the sinking East India company from bankruptcy. and as a result, the colosist boycotted against British goods.
