Description:
After blood is spilled between gangs, the heads of the families decide to meet. At the meeting a gun is pulled and William is shot and dies at the hospital hours later. The death of him sends the two gangs into a war that will last decades, each family trying to get the upper hand. Arthur is now the head of the Cicero family.
