Description:
Japan's goal with the bombing of Pearl Harbor was to knock out the United States Pacific Fleet. The Japanese believed that destroying that fleet would also destroy the will power of the American army. Japan wanted to expand further in the Pacific with their Naval base there it threatened Japan. The bombing of Pearl Harbor is one of the reasons that led U.S to entering the war.Added to timeline:
