Description:
After about a decade of small/medium organised crime and investing, black Tuesday happens, throwing america into the great depression. As more people lose their jobs, crime goes up, driving the cost of the drugs, alcohol, and guns that William controls to skyrocket. Although losing money on his real estate/brothel investment, he makes it back with his other ones and is in charge of one of the largest organised crime communities in NYC. Being a smart man, William see's how much he lost because of the real estate he owned and realizes what an opportunity he has to buy prime land at a fraction of the cost it would normally be. He buys more land than ever before.
