mar 24, 1765 - The Quartering Act is Passed

Description:

The Quartering Act required American colonies to house the British soldiers. They were to house them in barracks. If those were too small and wouldn't everyone, soldiers were to go stay in stables, inns, and other different local places. This led to organized protest that later took place in 1765.
