The landmark case in which the Supreme Court ruled that separate educational facilities are inherently unequal and that racially segregated schools generated "a feeling of inferiority. This event is incredibly important for education today as it established the integrated school setting we know today. Similarly, this was an important for schools back then because it lead to a reinvention of the classroom as they knew it.
