17h 25min, may 18, 1896 y - Plessy v Ferguson

Description:

This was a United States Supreme Court case that ruled segregation was regal. It all started with a law in Louisiana that said that white and black people had to ride in different cars on trains. One ⅛ black guy rode in the “white car” and got arrested, he challenged the Louisiana law by stating it was against the constitution. Unfortunately he lost the case, the Supreme Court said it wouldn’t harm him to ride in the black car.
