Description:

General Robert E. Lee of the Confederates surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant, a Union general, ending the American Civil War. Lee send word to Grant that he would surrender because he and his men had been cut off of all supplies by Union forces. The 2 generals meets in a parlor of a man named, Wilmer McLean. The funny thing about Mclean is that the first major battle of the Civil War destroyed his old house and his new home hosted Lee's surrender which ended the war.
