Description:
Christopher was an Italian explorer who discovered America while looking for a new route to India. August 3, 1492 his three ships and 120 men left the Spanish border. October 12 the same year they reached America where they met the friendly people living in The New World. Using violence the Europeans they took gold, species and command over the island. With his discovery he got rich and famous, for a long time we celebrated Columbus. Today we pay attention to the thousands of natives that died and the suffering the people had to go through over the time Europeans occupied their homes and spread diseases.
