Description:

Hui-Po, a wu jen adviser to the emperor of Wa, while attempting to create a portal escape-route for the emperor, accidentally transports himself to Qui, a mysterious place. He returned to Wa with bundles of silk, and fashions four scarves of transport to Qui. However, before he can tell anyone, an attempted coup leaves Hui-Po and his assistants dead. The scarfs, unused and their functions unknown, are forgotten and eventually disappear.
