Description:

This Supreme Court decision made it legal for the "separate but equal" treatment of African American possibiites. For example, if there was a "whites only" restroom and a "blacks only" restroom, this would have been legal if they were both deemed to be "equal". However equal was not defined and this decision which was already unfair was abused.
