Corellon Larethian, acting through his priests and High Mages, magically transforms all dark elves into drow, both the corrupt Ilythiiri and others.The dark elves of Narathmault are similarly transformed, and this act breaks their bindings over their army of fiends. The fiends revolt, and the drow, led by Undrek of Clan Sethomiir, together with their minotaur servants, flee into the caverns beneath the Plateau of Thay.
