Amber Heard took to Instagram to reissue the joint statement released during her split from Johnny Depp after JK Rowling defended the actor amid abuse claims.

On Friday, the actress shared a post with her 728,000 followers, in which she posted the statement while also sharing a note alongside in which she insisted words had been 'taken out of context' yet did not specify who she was aiming the post at.

Her post came shortly after the Harry Potter author defended her decision to keep Johnny in Harry Potter spin-off sequel Fantastic Beasts following abuse claims against the actor, despite revealing she considered pulling him from the film.
