Description:

USA, UK, France signed an agreement to mutually support one another's currency.
It was a modified international monetary system without gold standard rules.
This was then joined by Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
In addition to the previously mentioned conditions, the USA pushed to add the mutual reduction of trade barriers to the agreement.
