AT 6 o'clock on the evening of July 23 the Austro-Hungarian Minister at Belgrade presented to the Servian Government a note containing the demands of the Dual Monarchy with regard to the suppression of the Pan-Servian movement and the punishment of those alleged to be concerned in the assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, which took place on June 28 at Sarajevo.
