The Rev. Charles Hillman Fountain, a Baptist minister of Plainfield. N.J., sent to the newspapers yesterday copies of an open letter he has written to John D. Rockefeller Jr., warning of the "disastrous consequences" of the teachings of the Rev. Harry Emerson Fosdick. The Rev. Mr. Fountain is apprehensive of the effects of Mr. Rockefeller's recent commendation of Dr. Fosdick before the Men's Bible Class of the Park Avenue Baptist Church.
