International substitutes for war such as the League of Nations and the World Court were urged last night by Dr. Harry Emerson Fosdick, in an address at a world peace mass meeting held at Carnegie Hall under the auspices of the Federation of Churches. Major Gen. John F. O'Ryan also pleaded for the entrance of the United States into the League of Nations.
