LONDON, Feb. 14.—Secretary Stimson, Premier MacDonald and Premier Tardieu had a most Important conference today, when they reviewed the situation of the London Naval Arms Conference in the light of the statements of national needs which have been made by the Americans, British, French and Japanese delegations.
