WARSAW, Nov. 21. — The Polish Government rejected today the finding of the League of Nations high commissioner in the matter of the duty-free importation by the Free City of Danzig of half finished goods for finishing and their re-exportation and also in the matter of quotas on foreign products for use by the Free City's population.
