Gitlow V New York was a Supreme Court Case that dealt with the 1st and 14th amendment rights. Gitlow was a man that was an Anti Anarchist and spread magazine and newspapers that threatened the United States government. Gitlow was brought to court, however he argued that this was a violation of his 1st and 14 amendment rights.
