Held in OipatrevThe 4th Convention of the Nation was delayed by 13 days becasue of the Oipatrev City Hall being bombed by The Sons' Liberty of Wenes Pwitun the morning of the Convention. No one was injured by the blast. Thus, the convention was held in the hall of the University of Barob, Oipatrev.
