Unsurprisingly, Mr. Depp's first video message on Instagram addressed Ms. Heard and this lawsuit. Again, while Mr. Depp's decision to join Instagram is not the basis for Ms.Heard's counterclaim, it is further evidence that his unlawful conduct described herein is part of a concerted effort to harm Ms. Heard, and his use of fake accounts to bolster his follower numbers is further evidence of the sophistication that Mr. Depp and his agents have employed to engage in the unlawful conduct described herein.
