FROM THE DAILY MAIL:Johnny Depp has sold the second of his five penthouses.
The two-storey corner unit in the iconic Eastern Columbia Building in Downtown Los Angeles was sold for $3.09 million reports The LA Times.
It's the second largest of the five condos that the star owns in the building measuring 2,400 sq ft.
The two-bedroom unit has a rooftop garden and enclosed terrace and a very unique aesthetic inside.
The living space features green walls with vintage touches, dramatic light fittings and an entry parlor with dark hardwood floors.
It was reported that Depp sold the first of his penthouses for $2.545 million last month.
The actor still has three available condos for sale, another 2,400 sq ft unit for $2.649 million, a 2,266 sq ft penthouse which is listed for $2.75 million and another smaller unit, 1,780 sq ft, which he wants $1.999 million for.
