Johnny Depp visited his friend Issac Baruch who lived next door in the ECB Penthouses. Amber Heard was of the mind that Johnny had stayed too long and was not happy. An argument followed in which Johnny Depp was told to leave the martial bed so he took refuge in one of the ECB bathrooms. Amber Heard tried to follow Johnny Depp into the bathroom which resulted in Johnny accidentally scuffing Amber’s toes whilst he was trying to close the door. Amber Heard then banged the door into Johnny Depp’s head and followed that up with a closed fist punch to Johnny Depp’s jaw.

As a result, Johnny Depp called his security, Travis, to accompany him as he left the ECB. When Travis arrived Johnny asked Amber Heard to explain that she had just punched him and she avoided doing doing so. Johnny Depp then left for his Hollywood Hills home on North Sweetzer Avenue.

Amber Heard pursued Johnny Depp with a tirade of texts over the next two hours. Eventually Johnny responded in very reasoned terms. Amber then travelled to the Sweetzer House and texted Johnny to say she was outside. As a result Johnny Depp relented and the two met up and recorded the long conversation of them discussing this and other incidents. The conversation took place at the Sweetzer House.



An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
