Amber Heard produced a hand written page from her diary supposedly written on this day about the 'attack' she suffered from Johnny Depp. Admitted into evidence in the London Trial but taken into evidence in Virginia. Without this uncorroborated diary entry Amber Heard had no evidence. In fact the only evidence was that of injury to Johnny Depp which her team tried unsuccessfully to discredit.

Amber Heard Witness Statement 7: This is an entry from my journal dated 27 July 2015

After three hours of sleep and the terrible fight, we got in last night. We are both walking zombies today.

A night that ended at 3.30 and was brutally interrupted by the trains’s imminent arrival to Singapore station too early this morning. After thee hours of sleep it had felt like an even more brutal heart hangover. Hurt last night was particularly bad. We finally fell asleep with one another smashed together in desperate childlike anger, fear and love.

Our fight was terrible. J finally, at one point, found himself with his shirt wrapped around my neck. Amazing to think about the precision/coordination that required considering the close circumstances. He hit me several times. I don’t even know how I wound up with this huge rather annoying knot on the the back of my head. Fuck, I hate that I allow it to by never using that as a line for which I stand my ground. Where are my lines? Do I have any left?
