Hollywood actor Johnny Depp and his actor wife Amber Heard have touched down in the US.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star left the Gold Coast on Monday night and have since returned to Los Angeles, according to the Seven Network which showed footage of Depp disembarking a private jet.
Depp has apparently returned to the US to celebrate his daughter Lily-Rose's 16th birthday, which is on Wednesday.
He departed Australia amid reports he could be jailed or fined for not declaring his two dogs when he and Heard recently arrived in Brisbane.
The pilot of the aircraft may also be facing charges.
Depp's two Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo, were illegally brought into Australia in early May.
He was ordered to remove his dogs from the country otherwise they would be euthanised.
They were removed in time although Depp is yet to be told if he will face any charges.
He'll most likely find out when he returns to the Gold Coast to start re-shooting the movie.
