The dogs, Pistol and Boo, were taken to a grooming parlour. The owners posted photos on social media.

The Australian Government discovered the dogs had arrived without the correct paperwork and had not been declared upon arrival.

This is strictly against Australian bio-security laws.

Barnaby Joyce took the lead for the Australian Government and basically said the dogs had to leave or be euthanised.
