Amber Heard says Johnny Depp went AWOL!

This ALTERCATION adds substance to Medics Notes when they say it is Amber Heard who panics, the one who is nervous, jealous and fretful when Johnny Depp is not around. Not the reverse that Amber Heard has claimed.

Johnny Depp said in the UK Court that he dropped LRD at school and spent some time with MM. They visited a friend. They smoked ‘something’ but that is not illegal in California so of no consequence. Documents filed in the UK and US cases support this.

The fact Amber Heard panicked, spread rumours and obviously called people with a very one sided story when in all probability from Johnny Depp’s texts it is she who had done something wrong. That Johnny Depp had sought escape is an indication of her MO - she calls in recruits (or as some would call them ‘flying monkeys’) to make contact with Johnny Depp to pull him back to her and also spread her version of the story.

This MO is seen repeatedly in their relationship. Johnny Depp was trapped and increasingly isolated. Several in his inner circle seem to have been her ‘flying monkeys’ at least for a while and Bruce Witkin certainly is here - in UK Court Johnny Depp mentioned that it was not long after this that his sister Christi stopped talking to Amber Heard.

The paparazzi photographs are what maybe prevented this ALTERCATION being presented to the UK Court as an INCIDENT.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
