jul 1, 1867 - Confederation introduced to Canada

Description:

The Charlottetown Conference And British North America Act both led to way for confederation to be integrated into Canada July 1st, now regarded as Canada Day.

At the time of the act passing, Canada was split into four provinces, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
Between 1867 and 1999, there were six more provinces and three territories added to Canada's Dominion.
