While hiding in his bunker, he takes a cyanide pill and then shoots himself at the same time. When the guards discovered that he was dead, they burned his body and buried it in a shallow grave. Since Hitler was the main reason that Germany was fighting this war, they now surrendered. The war in Europe is officially over.Added to timeline:
