Deviled eggs are one of my favorite food trends from the 1930s. To make deviled eggs, all you have to do is slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Place the egg whites on a plate. Mash the yolk into a paste – like consistency. Add Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper mix with the egg yolk paste. Spoonfuls of the paste are put into the egg whites. Lightly sprinkle paprika on top.
