Description:
Amber Heard became annoyed that Johnny Depp took a sip of champagne to toast Christopher Lee - having presented the actor with his lifetime achievement achievement award at the BFI. Amber Heard then created some sort of a scene at The Ritz that caused Johnny Depp great distress and embarrassment.
THE JDC considers this may have been an excuse - as Johnny Depp tells the story Ms Heard did not attend the BFI Ceremony, so was there some jealousy and annoyance that she had been left out of such a prestigious evening?
In photographs taken a few days later at Scotts Restaurant both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard look very miserable.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.
An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.
Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
