In the famous speech made by Ronald Reagan, where he says "Tear down this wall!," was when the wall game down. It was directed at Mr. Gorbachev, the leader of the Soviet Union. Civilians started to literally tear down the wall with hammers and axes. This is an example of Globalism with the US helping the people of Berlin so see their families that they havent seen in over 30 years. This is globalism because the US helped another counrty.
