23 March : Amber Heard claimed to have read Johnny Depp's phone and found texts from Rochelle.

An argument ensued and Amber Heard disturbed Johnny Depp in bed where he had already retired for the night and was reading a book. Johnny Depp had received his evening meds so could have been sleepy or drowsy.

Johnny Depp contacted Nurse Lloyd and his security man Travis McGivern about 4am and they then took him to his Hollywood home on North Sweetzer Avenue in LA - after a confrontation with Amber Heard was witnessed by by Nurse Debbie and Travis.

Nurse Lloyd Text to Stephen Deuters 9am 23 March:
Bad night last night. They got into it and it got violent again. I had to separate them and we are at 80 now. Jerry aware... I was there at 1.30 to give him a shot. He said she was trying to start. He took his meds and went to bed but then she found the texts to Rochelle and all hell broke loose!! He had Travis get me back there around 4. Good thing he called or they would have hurt each other. We had to physically restrain both of them.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial or where her version does not fit the evidence.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK Court documents.
