Amber Heard photographed Johnny Depp asleep on the floor of his suite in the Tokyo Park Hyatt Hotel. Late on 17 or early hours of 18 July - confused by the time difference - but we know it was after the busy day promoting The Lone Ranger.

Johnny was fully dressed other than his shoes, was not provided with a pillow or a blanket.

The only abuse shown in this photograph is that towards Johnny Depp - abuse of his privacy, his trust and his love. Everyone in a relationship would expect a pillow/cushion, a blanket and adjustment of clothing to be made comfortable and safe from injury no matter the circumstances of finding oneself asleep on the floor.

As Johnny Depp asked at times during the London Trial, why was this photograph taken? This photograph was supposed to demonstrate Johnny having passed out from drink or drugs - most people saw an exhausted man after a long flight, a very long working day at a premiere that involved hours spent signing autographs and greeting fans in the rain and knowing there was a busy schedule ahead.

Photograph of the suite at the Tokyo Park Hyatt Hotel shows the layout of the room - essentially Johnny Depp had hidden himself in the quiet gap between the bed and wall as with probably only one bathroom that was not an option.

Early reports of accusations in June 2016 mentioned this trip as being one that might be included in the 'incidents' - see attached links.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
