This event marked the beginning of the Mexican Independence in which mexican civilians were trying to get the Independence from Spain. The importance of this event is that right now if we didn’t get the independence from spain, there can be a possibility that in these days we could be a spaniard colony, a country with no self-determination and being always intervened by the spaniard government.
