Description:

Plato was one of Socrates' most well known student, he also wrote down most of the works of Socrates. Years after Socrates' death, he continued on with his work and eventually integrated a school of philosophy, the mainly focussed on the idea of immutability and what can exist forever, Socrates believed that the morals of man was eternal and immutable however Plato believed that material things weren't eternal, but the forms of them are and so Plato's theory of ideas was born. Plato believed that there was no way of truly grasping knowledge seeing as though everything was also undergoing a state of change, and the only form of true knowledge was reason and logic behind things.
