What makes no sense is that Tina has been connected without issue since 8:01, and Richie has been good since around 7:40..
I want to get some info from you. The next time you get disconnected, before you reconnect, when you are at the Dell screen with the black background, click on Start, then System Information. Click on the ENET tab and give me the IPv4 address of your thin client. That will allow us to dig into the logs on the firewall a little deeper and look at stuff just for your device.
