Description:

The Aboriginal people opposed the White Paper. So they wrote a new policy for themselves called Citizen Plus. Aboriginal people demanded self government for Aboriginal peoples and control over their own affairs. Federal government abandoned the White Paper after Aboriginal people proposed Citizen Plus.
