Description:
Although the United States did not engage in war as Germany agreed to submarine warfare measures, The US which was unprepared needed to create a plan. The call for preparedness was made by President Wilson, and many believed it was about idea as it would mean the United States would interfere however with the war only growing Congress agreed and passed the National Defense act. This act created an army of 175 thousand men and built 50 warships.
