Description:

The Soviet Republics left the Soviet Union and established the Commonwealth of Independent States. The president, Mikhail Gorbachev, also passed a lot of radical reforms. The Soviet satellites were given independence to the extent that they easily declared full sovereignty. To finish everything off, a coup led to the resignation of the president and subsequently, the end of the Soviet Union.
