Description:

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) (under the ideology of Mao Zedong) beat the Nationalist Chinese Party. As a result, the remainder of the nationalists fled to Taiwan. This led to the formation of the People’s Republic of China. This set up a communist ally for Russia (for the beginning of the Cold War)
