oct 26, 1986 - chapter 24, year 1986
Description:
Ronald Reagan signed the Anti-Drug Abuse Act and that is racists because there are fewer police in white neighborhoods, so more black people will be caught and sent to prison, and once they get out, they are without the right to vote, so it made black people have fewer political voices. And the policy is also racists, a white guy will be sent to prison for five years if he got caught with 500 grams of cocaine, but a black guy will be sent to prison for 5 years if he was caught with 5 grams of cocaine, but then the blame was to be put on black people if they are imprisoned, not on racists policies.
