Once again the leaders of the Allied powers, Franklin Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and Joseph Stalin, met in a neutral location. The Allies had liberated France and Belgium from the Nazis and were pushing into the German border. They discussed the Soviets entry into the war in the pacific against Japan, postwar terms, and the formation of the United Nations.
