Description:
-After the devastation that happened in World War II, the U.S made a program that provided aid to Western Europe, which used more than $15 billion dollars to rebuild 16 countries.
-It generated an effort to stimulate economic growth in post WWII Europe. This was used to stop the spread of communism and prevent the stagnant world trade.
-This had many accomplishments, for example, european agriculture and industrial production was markedly higher, which improved the dollar gap, and trade liberalization as well as economic integration.
