Description:
Boston to LA fight JD allegedly kicked AH, argued, yelled, accused AH of cheating with James Franco. JD allegedly verbally and physically abusive, slapped her face, kicked her to the ground, drinking excessively, and passed out in the plane bathroom.
There were several witnesses on the flight and NOT ONE as of December 2022 corroborates AH version of events.
The evidence presented: 1. The texts which Johnny and his assistant Stephen Deuters class as pacifying AH who over reacted and they knew she would not drop the argument until she was agreed with. Johnny may have been drinking even taking drugs but that is not abuse anymore than a gentle tap of affection. 2. The recording time and location was disputed by Team JD in the UK Trial and is subject to metadata investigation prior to the US Trial.
The JDC asks: why was there a recording? JD admits to sleeping in the bathroom (frequently) to avoid her. AH claims he passed out in the bathroom on this occasion. So where, when, how and indeed why was the recording made with the small plane occupied by so many people?
Could the situation have been manipulated knowing what the outcome would be from JD ?After having immersed himself in the character of the evil Whitey Bulger he was in need of relaxation, no to mention any inherent physical or mental pain he suffered at the time. The JDC suspects AH knew JD would drink and possibly take his drug of choice to escape the barrage of abuse he received from her just to gain some peace of mind and AH was ready with her phone to record and/or photograph.
JD has never claimed ‘ she made me do it’. He knows himself. However it seems AH knew his trigger points and was by May 2014 pressing them.
