There are several versions of what Amber Heard claims happened in these days and what constitutes Incident 2 or the categories of 2.1, 2.2 and so forth. THE JDC is relating the latest version from the UK Trial as we do not have the flexibility to show change over time.

Incident 2 was revised yet again for the 2022 VA Trial although no new evidence emerged. Note will be made of what was and what was not presented in the UK and US Trials.

Incident 2.1 ‘The Blood Bath’
Location: ECB Penthouse 3.

Although Amber Heard alleged she was attacked in the ECB a photograph of cocaine dated 8 March 2013 claimed to have taken in a bathroom at Johnny Depp's Sweetzer home was entered into UK evidence - although it should be noted Johnny Depp did not recognise the counter top in the photograph as being in his home. This photograph was not entered into US VA evidence.

A photo of Amber Heard's was sent to her mother, Paige Heard, on 23 March saying, 'from 2 weeks ago'. The photo has Meta data proving it was taken on 23 March 2013 - so is Amber Heard implying the bruise on her arm was from around 9 March 2013, when the claims she made did not relate to an arm but much more serious spraying of blood. This photo was presented in the VA Trial although was not accompanied by the same narrative.

The SMEG Fridge mentioned by Amber Heard as being what she was 'pushed up against' in the ECB Penthouse was not ordered until 9 October 2014 according to an Amazon order receipt posted online by Adam Waldman. The SMEG Fridge was not mentioned in the US VA Trial.

Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp held Boo the dog out of a moving car window whilst howling like a dog. Johnny Depp denies this - there is no evidence it ever happened yet a quick trip into the instagram accounts of Amber Heard or her sister Whitney will show they acted out very similar scenarios with Pistol the dog. This claim was not mentioned in the US Trial.
